Top Priority

“Walk in my presence and be thou perfect.”

God’s presence is indispensable for bringing the culture of heaven
to our places of influence.

We cannot achieve the all-important kingdom perspective without the King!

Therefore its cultivation with Him should be our top priority at all times.

Prayer of the heart alone (not of the head or understanding)
brings us into God’s presence, and maintained without interruption

This is the stuff of personal, regional, national
and international revival, no less!

“The consciousness of God is the spirit of revival”

Colossal Wonders

Worldly systems are huge and oppressive when I use my reason or smallness of mind. But with my spiritual senses they shrink, as I am set free into the colossal wonders of Christ’s unlimited higher reality.

God “hates confined spaces”

When I allow the world to crowd in all I see is problems. It’s the biggest thing, like a dark cloud over my whole life. But when I allow God to ‘cover me’, He is all I see, His unlimited eternal reality, vastly bigger than my earthly experience.
There I am immensely free.

I am limited on earth
But unlimited by heaven

Unlimited Increase

It’s not the noisy things we shout
That reflect God’s whereabouts.
But the small, quiet tones.
10%, that’s all we own.

Then God ‘writes’ His story,
90% of the glory.
Unlimited increase,
Wonders unleashed.

“A small thing is a small thing,
but faithfulness in
the small things is a great thing.”

Who are you listening to?

A  person goes to Jesus and asks, ‘how am I doing today?

Jesus replies, ‘you are the apple of my eye. I love you, good and faithful friend.’

The person then goes to the devil and asks the same question.

The devil replies, ‘you’re nothing. Everything you’re doing is useless. You may as well give up now!’

Who are you listening to today?

Moments

When Jesus attended the wedding at Cana he suddenly found himself in a ‘moment’, being the vehicle for a much-needed miracle.

We rest in union with the Father and then a ‘moment’ occurs. It’s then that a surprise
manifests: the outward sign of an inward treasure.

‘Therefore those in this degree do not seek for great things to do,
resting contented with being what God makes them at each moment.’

Have you had any recent moments like these?

Why not share them here, to encourage others!

Living for the more

workwithgodblog.co.uk

Most of us spend our time in just 5% or less of what’s possible in Christ. This is because we get our security from what we already know. Yet God is saying ‘there is so much more. Be hungry for the more, by faith not sight. I’m ready to take you beyond yourselves into your impossible and my possible’.

Faith dreams, hearing God and courage to step out are just some key ingredients to entering God’s world, His kingdom. Then we can soak this tired old planet in His amazing love and righteousness.

Don’t live for anything less!

Each Day

Bald Eagle flying and hunting

I wake and worship

Am lifted up and soar

Higher and higher

I hover, fluttering

Eagerly expectant

Then he comes

Holy Spirit carries me away

I’m riding his thermal wave

And so we begin another day
